My first entry

This will be my blog to post my thoughts and accomplishments.
Right now we are getting ready to move into a new house sometime in late August or early September. My children and I will going to my parents home for a vacation, and they will be going to camp. Unfortunately my husband cannot get away from work and he cannot come with us.
I've got several projects going on right now. I've made a shower curtain for my oldest daughter's bathroom in our new house. I made it out of tea towels that I picked up on a recent trip to England and Scotland. It looks pretty awesome. I'm also making roman shades for all the windows in the new house. It's quite a project!
